Zinc are proud that Siemens has been announced as the winner of The STEM Inspiration Award for Outstanding Contribution to Widening Participation, Diversity and Inclusion in STEM.

This is yet another accolade for the SeeWomen/ SeeMe campaign.

Initially aimed at raising girls’ aspirations in STEM, the Campaign has since developed to include a larger SeeMe programme, aimed at helping students from a diverse variety of identities and backgrounds access STEM by addressing barriers to STEM in the classroom.

Brenda Yearsley, Siemens’s School and Education Development Manager, was presented with the award at a prestigious event held at the House of Lords yesterday.
